چکیده
Abstract Cardiac modifications to training are a product of the genetic pre-disposition for adaptation and repetitive haemodynamic loads that placed on myocardium. Elite pre-adolescent athletes exposed high-intensity at young age with little understanding physiological clinical consequences. It is unclear how right ventricular (RV) structure function may respond this type stimulus. The aim study was compare RV strain across cardiac cycle within individual segments in elite soccer players (SP) controls (CON). Methods: Twenty-two highly trained, male SP 22 age-and sex-matched recreationally active individuals CON were investigated using 2D echocardiography, including myocardial speckle tracking assess basal, mid-wall, apical global longitudinal rate during systole (SRS) diastole (SRE SRA). Results: greater cavity size identified compared (RVD 1 SP: 32.3 ± 3.1 vs. CON: 29.6 2.8 (mm/m 2 ) 0.5 ; p = 0.005). No inter-group differences noted peak (SP: − 28.6 4.9 vs 30.3 4.0%, 0.11). Lower mid-wall demonstrated 27.9 5.8 32.2 4.4%, 0.007). Conclusion: Soccer has potential increase players. unique segmental analyses used have masked by evaluations. implications these findings warrant further investigation.

Purpose: To quantify the mean daily changes in training and match load and any parallel changes in indicators of morning-measured fatigue across in-season training weeks in elite soccer players. Methods: Following each training session and match, ratings of perceived exertion (s-RPE) were recorded to calculate overall session load (RPE-TL) in 29 English Premier League players from the same team...
